Package Policy

Flat-Fee Structure
All packages are billed as a flat monthly fee. This fee covers the agreed-upon number of virtual assistant hours per month. Pricing is fixed and does not fluctuate based on usage.

Non-Refundable
All fees are non-refundable. Payment confirms your reservation of dedicated time and resources.

​

Hours Do Not Rollover
Unused hours cannot be carried over to the following month. Hours not used within the month are forfeited.

Cancellation & Renewal

  • To cancel a package, written notice must be provided at least 3 days prior to the monthly renewal date.

  • Packages automatically renew unless cancellation notice is received.

  • If a client cancels and later wishes to resume services, a new Launch Concierge integration fee will apply to cover setup and workflow integration.

​

Package Changes & Upgrades

  • Package changes must be requested at least 3 days prior to the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Upgrades during a 6-month package cycle require payment of the difference in the integration fee.

  • Upgrades are subject to approval based on workload and our ability to meet your demands without compromising service quality.

Monthly Strategy Session
Each package includes 1 hour per month for a Zoom strategy session. This session is designed to review priorities, plan tasks, and align workflow for the upcoming month.

​

Scope of Service & Boundaries

  • Services are provided remotely by U.S.-based virtual assistants.

  • Phone calls and social media management are not included unless specifically agreed upon.

  • Tasks must be communicated via Asana or scheduled Zoom sessions.

Professional Discretion
Noir Professional Services reserves the right to adjust or refuse tasks that fall outside the agreed scope or that compromise quality, legal compliance, or professional boundaries.

​

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing necessary access, instructions, and materials to complete assigned tasks. Delays caused by incomplete information may reduce the efficiency of hours used.

​

Liability Limitation
Noir Professional Services is not responsible for client business outcomes, missed deadlines due to unavailable information, or third-party actions. Support is provided to the highest professional standard but is not a guarantee of specific results.

​

Agreement Acceptance
By signing up for a package, clients acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
